Position Summary
Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, The Clinical Director is responsible for assuring the delivery of comprehensive, quality health care and productivity that is appropriate for the patient and CAMcare.
Responsibilities
The Director will recruit and retain competent, qualified providers who share our mission. Responsible for the oversight of all clinical personnel in their discipline and creates an atmosphere of team spirit and cooperation among staff members and patients. Aids in the coordination of related grant, educational activities and primary care research done at the Center. Facilitates the continuity of care between patients and external providers. Participates in business development and outreach efforts.
Certifications and Licensures
Active NJ Licensure
Board Certified in OB/GYN
Active CDS and DEA licensure and current BLS certification
Maintenance of Continuing Education requirements for licensure and skills
Education and Experience
At least 5 years experience as OB/GYN Physician and leadership experience a plus
MD or DO degree from an accredited School of Medicine.
