Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Brief Summary
LCSW has the primary responsibility for providing behavioral mental health and social services under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor of Behavioral Health and Social Services.  In accordance with policies, procedures, and protocols established by; standards of clinical social work practice and NJ licensing and certification, and other regulatory agency requirements as appropriate.  Responsible for implementing community educational programs and determining appropriate types and methods of treatment, and implementing intervention methodologies; acting as program consultant to staff members; functioning in such areas as counseling, protective services and family services.

Requirements/Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW). Current State of NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker License.  At least three years post graduate social work experience.  Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.  Proficient in MS Office and EMR software.  Ability to relate and communicate well with diverse population. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.


OB/GYN Nurse Manager

Brief Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the Nurse Manager oversees the daily operation of the clinical unit and ensures that all consumers are cared for efficiently and appropriately. The Nurse Manager schedules, assigns, and reviews work of all ancillary staff, provide staff training, conduct performance evaluations, provides direct patient care when needed and responds to medical emergencies. Other duties include participation in Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement activities, making recommendations on departmental Policy and Procedures and collaboration with the Director of Nursing to ensure unit compliance with New Jersey State Department of Health, PCMH and JCAHO requirements.
The nurse manager attends monthly meetings for nursing, departmental and
management teams, and all other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.

Requirements/Qualifications
2-4 years experience as Nurse Manager. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a variety of professionals, ancillary, and administrative personnel. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.  Associates Degree in related field required. Bachelors of Science in Nursing highly preferred.  3 – 5 years nursing experience in hospital, ambulatory care center or community health center setting. Active State of New Jersey RN license and Basic Certified Life Support is required.Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.Ability to relate and communicate well with diverse population.


Nurse Case Manager (MAT)

Brief Position Summary
The Nurse Case Manager is a key member of the Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) team and serves an essential role in the implementation process. This person must possess not only the clinical knowledge and skills to participate in individual patient treatment, but also the organizational and communication skills to execute systems level activities. The Nurse Case Manager is the point person that will have the most contact with the patients, and will be in constant contact with the physicians in order to communicate patient's needs and shape patients' care.

Qualifications/Requirements
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Physician Assistant, Social Worker, or Pharmacist. Knowledge of harm reduction philosophy, patient centered counseling, and motivation interviewing techniques.Prior experience conducting individual patient education and counseling sessions. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Demonstrated computer literacy in Microsoft and web-based applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, including problem solving with a team. Knowledge of community resources; demonstrated ability to network and build strong relationships with community organizations serving priority populations as identified by the agency and/or funder. Demonstrated ability to work with patients of diverse backgrounds, underserved communities, and co-morbidities.

Preferred Skills
Prior clinical experience working with patients with substance use disorders and mental health diagnoses. Completion of Buprenorphine Training for Multidisciplinary Addiction Professionals.

Brief Summary
The Registered Dietitian/ Diabetes Educator will provide a variety of community nutrition education services. These services will include Diabetes education with individuals and groups within the Health Center. On-going weight management programs. Lectures and screening programs designed to meet the needs of CAMcare patients. Coordination nutrition-based community projects. Assists with the delivery of additional community health programs.

Requirements/Qualifications
2-4 years’ experience as Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator. BA/BS degree in Nutrition or related field required. Registered Dietitian (RD), Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE). Excellent organizational, interpersonal and computer skills required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.

Brief Summary
Reporting to the Dentist, the Dental Assistant is responsible for assisting the Dentist(s) in the direct provision of primary care dental services to patients of the center. The Dental Assistant is also responsible for sterilization, preparation and inventory control of dental instruments and supplies.

Requirements/Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited health services institute. Experience or graduate from accredited Dental Assisting program with externship program.HS graduate or equivalent required.(CDA) Certified Dental Assistant from accredited program. (RDA) Registered Dental Assistant certificate strongly recommended. Dental X-ray license required.1-2 years of experience in private practice. Active New Jersey Radiological Technology. Active(BLS) Certification.


Certified Medical Assistant

Brief Summary
Under the direction of RN, the CMA will room patients, take vital signs, collect lab specimens, assist with routine tests, prepare and clean exam rooms and order supplies and equipment.  CMA will be committed to creating a positive team environment while being a good team member.

Requirements/Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited medical assistant/medical technologist program. CMA/RMA certification required upon hire. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Ability to relate and communicate well with diverse population.
