Brief Summary
Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, The Clinical Director is responsible for assuring the delivery of comprehensive, quality health care and productivity that is appropriate for the patient and CAMcare. The Director will recruit and retain competent, qualified providers who share our mission. Responsible for the oversight of all clinical personnel in their discipline and creates an atmosphere of team spirit and cooperation among staff members and patients. Aids in the coordination of related grant, educational activities and primary care research done at the Center. Facilitates the continuity of care between patients and external providers.
Participates in business development and outreach efforts.

Requirements/Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited School of Medicine. Active NJ Licensure, Board Certified in OB/GYN. Active CDS and DEA licensure and current BLS certification. Maintenance of Continuing
Education requirements for licensure and skills maintenance. Ability to relate and communicate well with diverse population.


Nurse Midwife

Brief Summary
Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, the Nurse Midwife will provide primary and specialty health care for women, including conducting physical exams and diagnosing, treating and managing medical conditions.

Requirements/Qualifications
2-4 years experience as Nurse Midwife. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a variety of professionals, ancillary, and administrative personnel. Graduate from an OB/GYN Nurse Midwifery program with a Master’s Degree in Nurse Midwifery. Must maintain certification in Nurse midwifery .Active State of New Jersey RN, APN & CNM license and Basic Certified Life support is required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Ability to relate and communicate well with diverse population.


Registered Dietician

Brief Summary
The Registered Dietitian/ Diabetes Educator will provide a variety of community nutrition education services. These services will include Diabetes education with individuals and groups within the Health Center. On-going weight management programs. Lectures and screening programs designed to meet the needs of CAMcare patients. Coordination nutrition-based community projects. Assists with the delivery of additional community health programs.

Requirements/Qualifications
2-4 years’ experience as Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator. BA/BS degree in Nutrition or related field required. Registered Dietitian (RD), Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE). Excellent organizational, interpersonal and computer skills required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.


Dental Assistant

Brief Summary
Reporting to the Dentist, the Dental Assistant is responsible for assisting the Dentist(s) in the direct provision of primary care dental services to patients of the center. The Dental Assistant is also responsible for sterilization, preparation and inventory control of dental instruments and supplies.

Requirements/Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited health services institute. Experience or graduate from accredited Dental Assisting program with externship program.HS graduate or equivalent required.(CDA) Certified Dental Assistant from accredited program. (RDA) Registered Dental Assistant certificate strongly recommended. Dental X-ray license required.1-2 years of experience in private practice. Active New Jersey Radiological Technology. Active(BLS) Certification.



Certified Medical Assistant

Brief Summary
Under the direction of RN, the CMA will room patients, take vital signs, collect lab specimens, assist with routine tests, prepare and clean exam rooms and order supplies and equipment.  CMA will be committed to creating a positive team environment while being a good team member.

Requirements/Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited medical assistant/medical technologist program. CMA/RMA certification required upon hire. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Ability to relate and communicate well with diverse population.
