Brief Summary
Under the direction of the Call Center Manager the Call Center Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to multiple clients, providers, and patients.  Coordination of provider availability to meet patient needs.  Field telephone calls related to scheduling medical exams and answering phones responding to client and/or patient requests in a timely manner. Transfer calls to appropriate staff when warranted. Identify, research and resolve client/patient issues.

Requirements/Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.  Computer literate with excellent customer service skills.  Proficiency with multi-line telephone system, computers and EMR software.  Require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type at least 30 wpm.  One year Call Center experience in a medical environment is strongly preferred.  Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.  Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.


Medical Receptionist

Brief Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Operations the Receptionist is responsible for all registration and financially related data collection when a patient arrives for appointment at practice site.

Requirements/Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.  At least one year experience in healthcare setting preferred.  Knowledge of medical terminology highly desired. Require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type at least 30 wpm.  Proficiency with multi-line telephone system, computers and EMR software.  Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Ability to relate and communicate well with diverse population.
