Brief Job Summary
The CMO will report directly to the President/CEO, and will lead a team of Medical Directors. CMO will be responsible for affecting change that leads to improvements in clinical development strategies, and execution of clinical programs including strategic planning, implementation, oversight and completion associated with each clinical project.  Responsible for day to day operations of the Medical departments, and will serve on various committees, both internal and external.  Interpret existing policies and develop new policies based on changes in healthcare or medical arena.

Requirements/Qualifications
MD or DO Board Certified in a primary care specialty. Master’s Degree in Public Health, Health Care Administration or Business Administration from an accredited university preferred.  Five – ten years of experience in clinical operations multi-practice site in community-based primary care setting.  A minimum of 3 years with a successful track record of leading physicians. Knowledge and ability to use an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).  Understands performance measures for Meaningful Use and Patient Centered Medical Home.  Extensive knowledge of Federal, State and Joint Commission governing ambulatory care facilities.

Position Summary
Under the direction of the CEO, the Chief Financial Officer will provide executive oversight, vision and support for the Finance and Billing Departments.

The Chief Financial Officer maintains and monitors CAMcare Health Corporation's charge structures, maintaining a comparison to community, national and regulatory standards; ensuring a competitive and cost effective structure optimizing the health center specialties economic environment. Ensures legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting and financial reporting
functions. Oversees costs and general accounting, accounts
receivables, accounts payable collections and payroll. 

Requirements/Qualifications
Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business is required. CPA certification required. A minimum of 10 years progressive accounting and finance experience preferable in a health care related field.
