Mark K. Bryant - President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Bryant joined CAMcare Health Corporation in his current capacity in 1992. Under his leadership, CAMcare has become the largest provider of primary care and dental services in the City of Camden serving nearly one in three residents in the community. Mark is currently the Chairman of the Board of the New Jersey Primary Care Association. He has also served on the National Association of Community Health Centers Board of Directors. He completed the executive management program offered at UCLA's Andersen School of Business sponsored by Johnson & Johnson in conjunction with HRSA (US Health Resources Services Administration). Mark has received numerous awards including the New York HRSA Outstanding Administrator Award, the Camden County East NAACP Visionary Leader Award and the New Jersey League of Municipalities Hall of Fame award to mention a few.
David L. Whaley, MBA - Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Whaley joined the staff in 1998. His undergraduate and graduate degrees are in health planning and administration. He has over twenty years of financial management experience inclusive of hospital and university accounting, auditing, budgeting, cost analysis, decision support, physician and hospital billing, and strategic planning. His primary area of expertise is in Medicare and Medicaid cost reporting.
