Call Center Phone Operator/ Customer Service Representative
Reporting directly to the Call Center Manager, upholds its main goal to connect, direct and assist callers in an accurate, convenient, professional and timely manner. Projects a professional company image through phone interaction.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service, EMR application. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 30 wpm. This is normally required through one to three years of office experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
