Mike Swatski, M.D.

Biography

I grew up in Mt. Carmel, Pa. which is a small, old coal town. I attended nearby Bucknell University and then headed to Pittsburgh for medical school at University of Pittsburgh. From there I moved to the city of Philadelphia for a pediatric residency at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children. My residency director suggested I look at CAMcare when I finished my residency in 1993 since I was interested in inner city medicine. I have been with CAMcare for close to 10 years (the longest I have been in one place since I left my home town). I am married to a pediatrician and have 3 boys.
