Jacqueline Cooke, M.D.

Biography

Dr. Cooke is a graduate of Tufts University School of Medicine and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. She completed her internship and residency at Cooper Hospital University Medical Center in Camden, NJ. She has been a physician with CAMcare since 1992.
